We offer the best program for community support in the state of Massachusetts, with beach access, outdoor picnics, hikes, and games to not just help you recover – but learn to enjoy a live worth living again.

Our program allows you to maintain daily responsibilities like work, school, and family while still getting the addiction education and therapy they need. We offer multiple programs with differing levels of intensity based on the level of support you need.
Within each program, we offer a number of evidence based therapies and activities to allow you the best chance of lasting sobriety. This includes Evidence Based Therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, but it also includes relaxing, but fun activities (like light hikes, bowling, yoga on the beach, baseball games and more)!
If you or a loved one are in need of transportation, we'll make the necessary arrangements to get you into care. After all, your focus should be on healing.
The decision to get addiction and mental health treatment carries a sense of urgency. Our team is available 24/7 to help facilitate entry into our program when you need it most.
Your treatment may be fully covered. We firmly believe that everyone deserves access to care, which is why we work with most major insurances.

Multiple Pathways to recovery
If you need immediate and intensive support in your recovery, PHP may be the program for you. This is 6 hours per day for 3 to 6 weeks depending in your needs. Maintain a sense of normalcy with the ability to sleep comfortably in your own bed while you recover.
Sobriety takes time. If you're in a place where you don't need round-the-clock monitoring, but do want the support and therapeutic benefit of an effective treatment program, the IOP may be best for you. This treatment is 30-90 days and about 10-12 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
We want to give you the best chance at lasting sobriety. When appropriate, we may recommend Medication Assisted Treatment for those who struggle with serious withdrawal symptoms. This is typically used in conjunction with a therapeutic treatment program.
All East Coast Recovery programs provide Evidence-Based Therapy, Medication Assistance as Needed, Dual Diagnosis, Treatment, Community Support, and a Lot of Fun.
