At East Coast Recovery, we aim to help all of our clients reach sobriety, but for many, this means tackling a co-occurring mental health disorder too. Our dual diagnosis treatment makes it possible to get help for things like depression or anxiety disorders at the same time as addiction.
Often these conditions co-exist, with one leading to or exacerbating the other.
Without dual diagnosis treatment, symptoms of a mental health disorder can come back once you leave rehab, and the urge to self-medicate can result in relapse.
Whether you are participating in traditional addiction recovery or a dual diagnosis program, you’ll find day programs and partial day programs at our facility. Both offer an opportunity to build skills, learn more about addiction and triggers, but still return home at the end of the day.
To help with your progress, we provide different therapies and holistic programs to build healthy coping skills:
Your program won’t necessarily include all of these but rather those evidence-based offerings that are most appropriate to your preferences and your needs.
If you or someone close to you is struggling with addiction, East Coast Recovery can help by making sobriety possible and improving your quality of life. We know how much Weston has struggled, and our aim is to help the greater MetroWest area get quality care.
One of the most important aspects to a good recovery program is helping to improve overall mental health and quality of life. Our facility does this by:
With individual, group, and family therapy sessions, you can work to rebuild any damaged relationships, cultivate a sense of purpose in your life, and work toward long-term sobriety.
That sobriety doesn’t happen overnight, and it often involves a lifelong commitment to utilizing the coping skills you have learned and taking good care of your physical and mental well-being. Our team understands what it feels like to be new in this journey, unaware of what comes next or uncertain of how to tackle things on your own.
That’s why we provide aftercare planning as part of your services and make it easier to connect with resources in your community. Continuing to receive ongoing support through things like support group meetings, additional therapy and counseling, or family support can make all the difference.
At East Coast Recovery, we can help you start a personalized outpatient program so that you can start your path to sobriety. With a range of flexible outpatient programs including day and partial day programs, you can find a schedule that fits in and around other personal or professional obligations.

When you come to our treatment center for a day or partial day program, you’ll participate in individual, family, and group therapy sessions. These are designed to address topics like healthy lifestyle choices, stress management, coping skill development, trigger management, and relapse prevention.
Absolutely. Outpatient treatment can be just as effective as a residential inpatient program for those who complete their treatment plan. This is especially effective if residing full-time in a treatment center is not within your means or your preferences.
At East Coast Recovery, each person is different, and so is their treatment program. To help meet these different needs, we offer day and partial day programs, both of which can give you morning or evening access to individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
