Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is likely the first step for anyone with an addiction to oxycodone. This is designed for those with opioid addiction including prescription painkillers and it is the most effective and safest way to treat addiction to opioids.
With our medication assisted treatment program, we focus on a whole person approach to recovery and that starts with MAT as part of an oxycodone rehab program, using things like naloxone, methadone, or buprenorphine to treat cravings and reduce withdrawal symptoms.Â
Medication assisted treatment is an ideal way to manage the initial stages of withdrawal and ongoing cravings but it doesn’t represent every aspect of care. The biggest benefit to participation in our day treatment program is that you spend the majority of your weekends and evenings at home with your loved ones and just spend the weekdays with us.
The next level of care is our partial day program. This is similar to our day treatment where you participate in the same type of recovery programs including individual and group therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed care, or dual diagnosis programs.Â
One of the key differences is the amount of time you spend with us. Instead of spending most of your weekdays with us on a full-time basis, our partial day program only requires around 10 hours of therapy and support service attendance.
This level of care is ideal for someone with severe time constraints who can’t attend a full-time daily oxycodone rehab program but can still fit a part-time rehab program into their schedule. It is also suitable for someone who has completed a recent detox and inpatient program and wants to step down to another level of care.
