Purpose
East Coast Recovery Center (“ECRC”) is committed to providing accessible and inclusive services to all individuals, including those with disabilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and applicable Massachusetts accessibility laws. This policy outlines our commitment to ensuring that our treatment programs, facilities, and digital resources are accessible to everyone seeking care.

This policy applies to:

  • All patients, clients, and visitors of ECRC.

  • All services, programs, and activities offered by ECRC, including residential and outpatient treatment programs.

    • ECRC’s facilities are designed to be accessible to individuals with physical disabilities, including wheelchair access, elevators, ramps, and accessible restrooms.
    • We regularly review our facilities to ensure compliance with federal and state accessibility standards.
