IOP at East Coast Recovery meets three days per week for a combination of groups, individual therapy sessions, and other structured treatment activities. On treatment days, you’ll be here for around three hours per day while in IOP. This time commitment, which comes to about 9-10 hours per week in total, allows time for work or similar obligations (e.g., college classes).Â
Evening IOP has a time commitment that is identical to our standard intensive outpatient program. However, clients in evening IOP at East Coast Recovery come in for treatment from 6-9 PM three days per week as opposed to attending sessions during the day. Due to the extra flexibility, evening IOP is often the most suitable option for clients who need to work during the day.
